Project Japale Goune was started by Natalie Domond, Ling Ling Phung and Katie Krueger while they were all serving as Rotary Scholars in Dakar, Senegal in 2003-2004.
Natalie Domond works in International Development in Washington DC.
Ling Ling Phung is a graduate student of MIT’s Sloan School of Management and an MPA/ID at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. She works in international development in Virginia.
Katie Krueger is a grant writer who lives in Madison, WI.
